Community Rules
*** These are the rules set in place by the owners and administration at Casa Que Ve al Mar. Please be sure to read them fully. Thank you for your compliance and respect for these rules.

Renters that do not comply with the rules may be denied access to the common areas and services, will be evicted from CVM, and required to pay for repair costs if applicable.
All persons within each rental condo are asked to identify themselves, as part of your rental agreement.
Occupancy standards regarding the maximum number of persons allowed per condo unit shall be enforced as listed on the rental contract.
Renters are not permitted to have guests on the property unless approved by the condo owners. Renters cannot invite people to use the condominium common facilities and areas.
Renters are responsible for complying with the CVM Rules and Regulations, as well as for all damages to common areas.

No pets are allowed in the Condominium “La Casa Que Ve Al Mar” property under any circumstances.
​
No person may possess an object that is dangerous, unhealthy or causes danger or disturbances to other occupants.
Noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

No articles, including towels or clothing, are to be hung from balcony or terrace railings. Objects of any kind are forbidden to be placed in hallways, walkways, entrances, or in common areas.
Garbage is to be placed in tied plastic bags and placed in the receptacle at the parking area. Garbage shall not be left in the common hallways or in the elevator. Each person is responsible for a litter-free environment around their condo and on the grounds
Vehicles may be parked in the rented condo’s assigned parking space only. The maximum speed on the grounds is 15Km/hr.
Running or playing ball is prohibited in the common areas.

Pool Rules
The pool areas are available to renters between the hours of 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Each person is responsible for compliance with the Pool Rules and Regulations that are posted on the wall at the entrance terrace to the pools.
The use of the pool may be restricted by the Administrator during times of maintenance or repair; daily routine maintenance is done between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
A shower must be taken prior to entering the pool area to eliminate dirt and sand in the pool.
It is strictly forbidden to use glassware in the pool area, identified as the lounge chair area, the terrace-solarium area and inside the pools.
Music is not allowed unless headphones are used.
It is prohibited to run in the swimming pool area.

It is prohibited for any person (adults and children) to swim naked, and children under six years must wear swim diapers. Appropriate swimwear must be used to swim in the pools.

Babies and children shall not have their diapers changed in the pool area.
Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Irrational noise is prohibited (to shout).

Diving is prohibited in the swimming pools. Jumping into the pool is discouraged.
​
Chairs and lounges in the pool areas may not be ‘reserved’ for later use.
​
It is prohibited to sit on the top edge of pools or misuse the facilities; the Homeowners Association disclaims any liability, civil or criminal, in the case of any physical injury and/or the death.

We ask that any food at the pool be contained and cleaned up to prevent ants and bugs.
